Optimum Design Services was launched in July 2000.
Optimum Design Services provides 2D space planning and detailed design work, 3D visuals and 3D Animation Walkthrough's to help with planning and consultation, on a freelance contract basis.
One of the most important aspects of Optimum Design Services is flexibility for the client. In addition to working from our own office, we also have the capacity to work directly with customers either on site or at their own establishment.
We are also able to provide any company with an accurate and high standard internal survey using laser guided equipment.
Before we embark on any detailed space planned design we would recommend that a detailed furniture and storage audit be completed. This is a valuable tool that ultimately provides greater understanding of the brief and enables us to create the optimum design for you.
3D visual presentations
One of the most gratifying and successful aspects of Optimum Design Services has been the expansion of 3D visual presentations. We have the ability to create 3D visual images that are to practically photographic quality. Providing clients with high quality presentation material and 3D visual images enables a greater understanding of the design to be reached and in most cases is the key tool within the decision making process.
The next step within the design process is the execution of 3D Animation Walkthrough. This enables the client not only to look at 3D visual, but it also allows them to fly round the design/building.
